I am guessing he is seemingly the most innocent of the three, but in fact he is the most cunning. Capable of killing his cloned brothers to ascend the throne unquestioned in a vain attempt to keep the empire, his empire, from falling. He eventually is superseded by the treasonous generals that seize power from beneath him and he will be known as the final emperor of the Galactic Empire.
